Durable seals, profiles, machine covers, and protective components for production equipment, conveyors, hydraulic systems, and general industrial machinery.
Industrial machinery uses rubber components in almost every system — sealing, fluid handling, vibration isolation, protection, and material processing. The challenge is matching the compound and geometry to each specific operating environment: oil, hydraulic fluid, chemicals, abrasion, high pressure, or high temperature — often several simultaneously.
Industrial equipment contacts a wide range of fluids — hydraulic oils, cutting fluids, solvents, acids, and alkalis. Each requires a different rubber compound. Specifying the wrong compound leads to swelling, hardening, or failure in service.
Rubber components in conveyors, material handling, and screening equipment are subject to continuous abrasion. NR, SBR, and polyurethane compounds offer the best abrasion resistance for high-wear industrial applications.
Machinery generates continuous vibration that causes fastener loosening, structural fatigue, and operator discomfort. Anti-vibration mounts and isolation pads must be correctly rated to isolate the specific machine frequency.
Hydraulic seals and hoses in industrial machinery operate at high pressures with continuous cycle loads. NBR hydraulic seals must be specified for the specific oil formulation and operating temperature of each system.
URM’s full product range covers the rubber component requirements of industrial machinery — from precision extruded profiles and moulded seals to hydraulic hoses, anti-vibration mounts, and screening equipment consumables.

URM rubber components appear throughout industrial production facilities — in the machinery itself, the fluid handling systems, the material processing equipment, and the maintenance tools.
EPDM and neoprene sealing profiles for machine enclosure doors, inspection covers, and electrical cabinet gaskets. Dust, moisture, and IP-rated sealing for production equipment.
NBR gaskets and hoses for hydraulic power units, actuators, and press systems. Specified for operating pressure, temperature, and fluid compatibility.
Rubber edge strips, wear guides, and impact protection profiles for conveyor systems. Abrasion-resistant compounds for continuous contact with materials.
Anti-vibration mounts and isolation pads for presses, compressors, pumps, generators, and CNC machine tools. Reduces structure-borne noise and protects precision from vibration.
FKM and NBR gaskets and hoses for process equipment handling aggressive fluids — solvents, acids, alkalis, and chemical intermediates.
Rubber gaskets and sealing profiles for electrical distribution panels, control cabinets, and junction boxes. EPDM for outdoor IP-rated enclosures; neoprene for flame-retardant applications.
Rubber screen balls for vibrating screen meshes — used in mineral processing, recycling, and quarrying to prevent mesh blinding and maintain throughput.
Rubber maintenance plugs for blanking pipe openings, vessels, and tanks during scheduled maintenance, equipment inspection, and commissioning.

6. Belgium-based, EU delivery
Headquartered in Belgium since 1935. Fast delivery across the EU for production-critical rubber components. Maintenance plugs and screen balls held in stock for rapid response.
NBR (nitrile rubber) is the standard compound for hydraulic gaskets — it offers excellent resistance to petroleum-based hydraulic oils across the temperature range −30°C to +100°C. For synthetic hydraulic fluids, FKM or EPDM may be more appropriate depending on the specific fluid chemistry. Always provide the hydraulic fluid specification when requesting a quote so our engineers can confirm the correct compound.
Yes. Anti-vibration mount specification requires knowing the machine's operating speed (RPM), the weight it carries (static load per mount), and the target isolation efficiency. From these, our engineers calculate the required natural frequency of the mount system and specify the rubber compound hardness and geometry. Please provide the machine RPM, mass, and number of mounting points when requesting a quote.
Rubber screen balls are solid rubber spheres used in vibrating screening machines in aggregate processing, recycling, and industrial material sorting. The balls sit in pockets below the screen mesh and bounce against it during operation. This impact dislodges particles that block the mesh apertures, maintaining screening efficiency. Available in various diameters to match the screen mesh and pocket dimensions.
Yes. URM produces protective rubber bellows for machine tool ways, ball screw protection, actuator rod covers, and spindle boots. NBR is specified for coolant-exposed positions; neoprene where both coolant and oil splash is present. Custom geometries produced from your machine drawings.
Maintenance rubber plugs are tapered or parallel rubber plugs used to blank off pipe openings, tank nozzles, and vessel connections during maintenance, inspection, or commissioning. They provide a quick, secure seal without tools — inserted into the pipe bore and expanded by tightening a central bolt. Available in a wide range of diameters to suit standard pipe sizes.
Yes. URM produces polyurethane parts for applications where abrasion resistance exceeds what standard rubber compounds can deliver — conveyor scrapers, wear liners, guide rollers, and impact protection. Polyurethane offers 3–5x better abrasion resistance than natural rubber in continuous abrasion applications.
Describe your application — fluid, temperature, pressure, and required component — and our engineering team will specify the correct compound and geometry, and respond with a proposal for ongoing supply.
